Graduation Journey: Leo Meyers

Leo Meyers is graduating this May 2017 with a Master of Arts in Gerontology (MA):

“I obtained his psychology degree from Saint Leo University in the summer of 2015, graduating with honors, then enrolled in Webster University for a Masters in Gerontology and have maintained an A average and will graduate in May of 2017. I also worked part-time at Experience Works, helping those over the age of 55 obtain employment. I am currently serving as President of my homeowner’s association to ensure that the residents comply with county rules and regulations. Being a retired attorney I provide wills for the elderly at no charge. I have also filed bankruptcy for those that are financially destitute for only $200.00. I also help widows of veterans file for widow benefits at no charge. Finally, I continue to help veterans obtain their driver’s license if they had it taken away due to some misfortune, in the hopes of turning their lives around. I continue to contribute food twice a month to homeless veterans, and set up a Bible Class for veterans living in temporary housing. I am active in my church and continue to inspire others by my positive attitude about aging.”
