You may know that students with documented disabilities may receive accommodations and support services through the Academic Resource Center at Webster. But, did you know that these services are also available for our online students? The Academic ADA Coordinator will work with each student to create reasonable accommodations that meet his or her individual needs.
Follow these steps to receive accommodations:

Contact Shelley Wolfmeyer at 314-246-7700 or firstname.lastname@example.org to set up an initial meeting. It is ideal to set up a meeting before the semester starts or at the beginning of a semester, but accommodations may be requested and activated at any time. Meetings may occur face-to-face or via phone call.

What do I need to bring?
Please bring, email or fax your completed Request for Accommodations form.
In addition, please bring, email or fax documentation to verify your disability, diagnosis or condition. This documentation may consist of any of the following items:
- An IEP or 504 plan
- A diagnostic evaluation
- A letter from a qualified professional (physician, psychologist or psychiatrist) that explains your disability and how these challenges may impact your participation and performance in an academic setting
What will we talk about?
Although your diagnosis or condition will be kept confidential, your personal experiences are an important part of determining what accommodations are appropriate, so we will discuss what has and has not worked for you in the past. We will then determine the appropriate accommodations, and you will sign a release form enabling the University to send an accommodations letter to your professors.

After receiving your permission, the Webster ARC will send an accommodations letter to your instructors.

Talk to your professors. It is important for you to communicate with your professors to ensure that the letters have been received and to have a conversation about your needs in each class.
