How do you help Webster University Online students? As an academic advisor I help graduate student with their initial orientation, with course selection registration, create degree plans, review degree audits, help student learn how to navigate the university system, troubleshoot academic issues, provide students with academic guidance & encouragement, and much-much-more!

You answer many questions from students, what are some of our students’ frequently asked questions? “Can you help me with registration for the next term?” Yes, I can. “Who do I talk to about Financial Aid?” You would talk to the Financial Aid Office. “What do I do next when I enroll in the final term of classes?” You will want to submit your Petition to Graduate.
